Hospice of the Sacred Heart is sponsoring Healing Hearts, a half day grief program for children ages 6 to 12 who have experienced the death of a loved one. The program will be held Saturday, April 5 from 10 AM to 1 PM.  

Participants and their parents/guardians will experience fun, interactive activities that allow families to explore their grief, develop healthy coping skills and open up family dialogue. Participants will feel a sense of community and the support of others who have also experienced grief and loss.  

Hilary Steinberg, owner of Jaya Yoga Studio, will lead a yoga session for all levels, so participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. Lunch will be provided. This program is free of charge but registration is required by April 1st. Please call 570-706-2400 to register.
